Harissons Holdings provides disability support services as a Registered NDIS Provider. All services are delivered in accordance with your individual NDIS Service Agreement. While we strive for excellence, the specific nature of support is determined by your NDIS plan and our mutual agreement.

2. Participant Rights & Responsibilities

In line with the NDIS Code of Conduct, you have the right to:

  • Choice and Control: To make decisions about your own life and the supports you receive.

  • Safety: To receive services in a safe and respectful environment.

  • Respect: To be treated with dignity and without discrimination.

As a participant, you agree to provide accurate information regarding your support needs and to treat our staff with courtesy and respect.

3. Fees and Payments

  • NDIS Pricing: All service fees are charged in accordance with the current NDIS Pricing Guide.

  • Cancellations: We follow the NDIS cancellation policy. If you need to cancel a scheduled support, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice (or as specified in your Service Agreement) to avoid a cancellation fee.

  • Travel: Travel costs for transport services will be calculated based on NDIS-approved rates.

4. Intellectual Property

The content on this website, including logos, text, and images, is the property of Harissons Holdings Pty Ltd. You may not use, copy, or distribute our branding without written permission. (Note: Our Facebook link is Harissons Holdings; please disregard the typo “Holdinds” found on early printed materials).

5. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and accuracy of our services and website information, Harissons Holdings is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or external links provided.
